WHEN: TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 6:30-8:00pm starting November 2nd- end of March (or as soon as football/soccer ends for those participating)
WHERE: FIRST FLIGHT HIGH SCHOOL wrestling room
(located behind HS, parking in rear student parking, near tennis courts)
WHY: To learn the fundamentals of the sport of wrestling, while gaining mental and physical endurance, strength, and confidence.
WHO: Any child who can comply with instructions, and is tough enough to be able to compete and train with the ELITE youth athletes of the OBX.
